FINALS RESULTS + 2009/10 PREMIERS

Mar 29 | 2010 - Two exciting days of water polo over the weekend has brought to a close the BWPI Competitions for the 2009-10 summer season - except for the A Grade Women's comp which will be decided over the next few weeks, when players are available. Congratulations to all the teams who made the semi-finals, finals and the eventual winners. Very few games were easily won - the Junior competition had 4 finals go into extra time and one to a penalty shoot -out. On behalf of the BWPI Management Committee, BWPI extends a big thanks to all the Clubs - their Committees, coaches, managers, referees, parents and players - for their support of the BWPI competitions throughout the season. BWPI WINS 2009 QWPI CLUB / ASSOCIATION AWARD

Sept 20 | 2009 - BWPI came away with the Queensland Water Polo (QWPI) Award for Club / Association of the Year for the second season running. The award was presented to BWPI President Sharyn Tucker at the QWPI Awards Gala held at Ballymore on September 18th. BWPI was recognised once again for its smooth running of Queensland's largest competition program, its commitment to the development of referees and its continued growth across all age divisions.
